I’ve been a little down lately, so I drank soda and watched Harper’s Island to cheer myself up. Writing got off to a rocky start this evening, but suddenly I hit my stride and it was smooth and free. My story is deviating from its loosely planned course, but that’s the way I like it. I love when my characters just pick up their robes and run; it’s delightful to chase after them. I’m quite content right now. It feels lovely.

I’m glad you’ve put your happy back on. Isn’t it funny how stories can do that? 🙂
: )
Are you chasing them with the ax? Cause that would be really fun.
Cate: Best feeling on earth!!
Natalie: You just rock.
And Aaron: YES! Wouldn’t that just be lovely?
I’m glad you’re feeling better, Mercedes. And even happier to hear that you’re writing again, better than you were anyway.
Talk to you soon.

I can NOT wait to hear it! If we can’t all get together, you’ll just have to make a music video that I can stick on my blog. Oh, wait, that was part of the original deal. Bwa ha! >:)
