Once upon a time there was a nice British bloke named Steven Pirie. We were in an anthology together that butchered our names mercilessly: I was something like Merbcebes and he was Seven. Thus a friendship was born. He’ll be Seven to me for the rest of our lives.

I said it before, I’ll say it again – Digging Up Donald is in the top five of greatest books I’ve ever read. And PLDG is just as good.
