I’m currently writing you while wearing headphones and listening to some awesome poetry on RB Wood’s Word Count podcast. I love hearing writers read their own work. I love hearing how they pronounce things, how they hold their breaths and which words they choose to leave in their mouths. There’s such an intimacy to it.
Anyway! I’m in this podcast! I’m reading “A Broken Laptop”, which I published on this blog earlier. I’m also in good company, since Aaron Polson will also be reading. Come join us at www.rbwood.com.

Every time I hear my own voice I cringe : P
Heh. That was fun. I’m going to give it a listen on tomorrow’s commute. Yay!
Natalie: I hear you on that! I sound much tougher in my own head.
Aaron, I loved your reading! You “hicked it up” beautifully. 😀
That’s your voice?
Where is the evil, the fire, brimstone? It’s too sweet! I could almost trust that voice.
Almost. O_o
Oh, you can trust that voice, Ken. Goodness and light, my friend. Goodness and light. 😉
