Earlier this month, one of the Las Vegas book clubs read Beautiful Sorrows. The invited me to the discussion. I was pretty nervous to listen to them discuss my book, but it turned out to be a pleasure. They were exceptionally sweet.
They even gave me this beautiful lily plant and a faerie because she looked like me.
Which was sweet and cute and darling until the faerie ended up like this.
Holy snap! Decapitated, de-winged, and thrown to the frogs! My fate awaits!
