Maybe three minutes, if you don’t burst into warp speed at the mention of cake!
Hi! It’s my birthday! To celebrate, I put my hair in Victory Rolls and let my little ones make me a Cake in a Mug. You know what’s missing? You. My very dear online friends. Won’t you join me? I used this super easy, three ingredient recipe.
You’ll need one mug. One egg. 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. 1 TBS of cocoa powder. And any other pieces of candy lying around the place. Peppermint is good! We used chocolate chips.
Mix the egg, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder together.
Now mix in any extra candy. Tiny candy bars, for example, are delicious in this. Cook in the microwave for one minute.
That’s right. One minute. I used the microwave, but my two and six-year-olds did the everything else.
Put more chocolate chips on top, if that’s your thang. (Believe me, that’s our thang!)
