Hi Friends! Today is Sunday and we wanted a treat we could make without going to the store. Enter these air fryer donuts! They’re quick, easy, and delicious. You’ll be able to make the first batch in ten minutes, start to finish. They’re also much safer than working with hot oil. My Littlest, who is nervous in the ktichen, felt comfortable enough to make these herself.
You will need
1 can of biscuits
spray oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Open the biscuits. Using a small cookie cutter or a knife, make a hole in the center of each biscuit.
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees. Spray both sides of the donuts with olive or vegetable oil. Place in the air fryer basket, and make sure they don’t touch. Cook at 350 for 6-8 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through. Mix up your cinnamon and sugar while the donuts cook.
Check that your donuts are cooked all the way through and have a nice brown color. Immediately remove, spritz lightly with oil so the sugar sticks, and then dredge them in the sugar mixture.
Finish up your donuts and then cook the donut holes for about 4-6 minutes. Spritz, dredge, and enjoy!
I hope you enjoy these easy, sweet treats! Please drop me a picture or a comment if you happen to make them. I’d love to see. 🙂
