Come See Me At Robercon!

I hate this pandemic, but I love how many conferences are being held virtually! This weekend is Robercon, a science fiction convention. I’m delighted to be on their The Hows and Whys of Horror: Authors Give Their Scariest Opinions panel. I’ll be talking shop with C.W. Briar, Kevin Lucia, and Joe Sullivan.  It will be on Saturday, Sep 26,at 2 pm Eastern.

Take a behind-the-veil peek at horror and dark fiction, both for readers and potential writers. Where do the ideas come from? What makes for an effective horror story? Where is horror publishing headed in the future? And what have these authors learned about the horror-writing community?

Robercon is a very affordable conference (a badge is just $15!) and the proceeds go to support the Roberson Museum and Science Center’s local outreach program. It looks like SO much fun! I really hope you swing by.
