Oh my friends, we’re so close to the finish! Today Orion sent me a very powerful, beautifully bleak image that made my heart drop in the best of ways. I’d show it to you, but it would be too much of a spoiler for those who aren’t familiar with the source material. We’ll just have to keep it under our hats. But something I can share with you is a closeup of this panel.

Do you see the fine detail in her hair? The colors and textures of Eddie’s shirt and his beloved beanie? Bryony’s lashes? And what in the world is going on here? Could her Eddie possibly be laughing at her? Why, I think he is! There’s no truer way to have your heart broken than to confess your feelings and then have somebody laugh at you, or is there? As we know, Bryony is a pro at surviving a broken heart.

Orion and I are communicating almost every single day and each panel he sends me sparkles. I can’t believe we’re so near the end! As always, we appreciate your patience and support. It means the world to us, and we can’t wait to share our beautiful volume with you soon!
