Miss Murder’s Easy Toasted Coconut

Did you know toasting coconut was so easy? It is SO EASY. I’d never done it because I assumed there it was difficult in some way. Not true! It also makes the kitchen smell divine. Let’s do this thing.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spread a thin layer of coconut flakes or shredded coconut on a baking pan.
  3. Toast until golden, which was about 5-7 minutes for me.

I mean, that’s it. That’s all it took. In less than ten minutes I was the Coconut Queen and life was never the same. Go forth and toast!
