Friend and fellow horror author Ted Theewan gave me the most wonderful surprise: a recipe for a new ice cream flavor! He has his own ice-cream Youtube channel and I think you should all give it a watch. The kiddos and I picked out so many recipes to try! He came up with a very rich White Chocolate and Lemon Curd ice cream while he highlighted me as a horror author during the month of October. I can’t tell you how humbled and honored I am. The best part is that Ted not only includes the recipe, but shows you how to make it yourself. We’ll definitely be making our own White Chocolate and Lemon Curd ice cream very soon! Thank you, Ted.
