“Fracture” Made the Bram Stokers Award Ballot!

Oh, my friends! I’m so very excited to share that my short story “Fracture” is a nominee in the Bram Stoker Awards short fiction category! “Fracture” is a story about a girl born of glass with a human heart. It was published in the Weird Little Worlds anthology Mother: Tales of Love and Terror, which was also nominated! (And the anthology Into the Forest: Tales of the Baba Yaga, featuring my story “Herald the Knight” was nominated, as well! Congratulations, Black Spot Books!)

It’s such a pleasure being nominated. Authors write for ourselves, always, but that feeling of being validated by our peers? There’s nothing like it. Thank you for reading. <3

If you would like to read “Fracture,” for fun, or because you’re a voting HWA member and would like to read it for consideration, you can find it here.
