In accordance with Bram Stoker Award etiquette, I’d like to offer my short story “Sum of Her Parts,” published in the The Damned: Classic Monsters anthology, to HWA members for consideration in the Short Fiction Category. Stories can be nominated until January 15.

In “Sum of Her Parts,” Marieke is created to be a bride for Frankenstein’s Monster. She awakens, cobbled together with pieces and memories of the dead, and must learn to find her voice.
